Terms and Conditions

The courier/delivery agent is engaged on behalf of the customer, hence acts as the customer’s agent. Gold Over Bronze is not responsible for any deficiency on the part of the courier/delivery agent.

Liability & Responsibility

• In case of loss, damage, or late delivery by Gold Over Bronze, the maximum liability will be limited to the cost of the product only.
• Gold Over Bronze shall not be liable for any consequential or special damage, direct or indirect losses, or emotional distress.

International Deliveries

• Deliveries to international locations are subject to the customs clearance of the destination country.
• Shipments addressed to residential apartments will be delivered at the society office and not to the specific consignee.
• Quarantine and custom inspection charges, as per the laws of the destination country, will be borne by the consignee.

Delivery Terms

• Deliveries are made only to the given address, not to a specific person.
• Deliveries at hostels will be left at the college reception or ward’s office and not to the specific consignee.
• Goods are sent with utmost care, but deformation in transit is not the supplier's responsibility.

Incorrect Address & Delays

• Incorrect addresses, wrong PIN/ZIP codes, or misdescriptions leading to non-delivery or delays will not entitle a refund.
• Minimum transit time:
  • Domestic – 3 working days
  • International – 7 working days
• Delays in transit will not be considered a deficiency in service.
